Resin selection

Engineering starts with the right polymer.

The resin is a design decision. We mold melt-processable fluoropolymers, and we match the grade to chemical exposure, temperature, and required part cleanliness.

PFA FEP ETFE PVDF ECTFE PEI PP

SELECTION SUPPORT

We help select the right material based on: Material performance, regulatory guidance, cost and manufacturing considerations.

PFA GRADES

We use high-purity grades from leading resin suppliers. When ultratrace metals are not required, a practical grade keeps the part cost in line.

RESIN SOURCING

We source resins from established suppliers, including Chemours™ and Daikin™, for the highest quality. We can also sample and evaluate other resins and brands by request, including non-fluoropolymer materials, composites, and colorants.

Best Suited For

Injection molding

Our fully automated, lights-out facility utilizes horizontal presses ranging from 85 to 390 tons to produce high-precision parts. We accommodate a broad manufacturing envelope, handling part weights from 1g to over 2kg and sizes from 2mm to 50cm, with minimum wall thicknesses down to 0.64mm.

Our advanced capabilities excel in producing complex geometries and precision components tailored for applications requiring specific material properties, while ensuring highly repeatable, high-volume production.

Stretch-blow molding

Our seamless hollow components are molded in a state-of-the-art ISO Class 7 cleanroom, specifically designed to meet critical applications requiring very low particulate contamination.

We specialize in producing high-purity bottles and vessels designed specifically for critical fluid handling applications where strict particulate control is paramount.

COMPRESSION FORMING

We specialize in thin-wall tube production, closed-end and specialized geometries, and cost-effective fluoropolymer forming

To complement your core capabilities, we provide high-purity, easily cleanable thin-wall tubing with low leachables and extractables for corrosive solutions, delivering a cost-effective solution for high-performance applications.
