Overview
- Microconcentric PFA s-type nebulizer: ultra-high sensitivity in normal and cool plasma modes for semiconductor applications
- Demountable PFA uptake line with unique zero dead volume connection - same washout performance as an integrated uptake line
- Robust - can be backflushed; no cleaning tools needed
- 100 cm uptake line; comprised of ~80 cm of flexible uptake line and ~20 cm carbon probe
- Encapsulated carbon probe 2.9 mm OD, 19.7 cm long, including encapsulation
- Fits ESI SC-2 and 2DX autosamplers (and larger format ESI autosamplers, but confirm uptake line is long enough)
- 6 mm OD body with 4 mm gas port
- Free aspirates at 250 µl/min +/-50 µl/min – or can be pumped
- Use with supplied uptake line, or body connects directly to line from ESI FAST systems
